Woodhaven Sugatsune HES3D Hinge Jig (HES3D-70)

The Woodhaven 8760 routes the two-step mortises for the Sugatsune HES3D-70 invisible hinge. Cuts a 14mm wide x 70mm long shallow mortise and matching deep mortise in one clamped position — no repositioning needed. Built-in setback to Sugatsune specifications.

• REQUIRES 5032K BUSHING & 15407 BIT: Use with Woodhaven 5032K (3/4" OD bushing) and Woodhaven 15407 (1/2" spiral upcut bit), both sold separately. Third-party bushing nose must not exceed 3/8" length.
